At Still Water Academy, every student space is carefully prepared in advance. Registration secures your seat, course materials, instructor time, and kit allocation. For this reason, all tuition, registration fees, and course kits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled in-person class, please notify us as soon as possible. Your professional course kit will be mailed to the address provided during registration, and we will arrange a one-on-one Zoom session to cover the practical lessons included in your course.

This policy ensures that you still receive your education and training while allowing us to maintain the quality and scheduling of our programs.

By registering for a Still Water Academy course, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
